The Well Bar, Grill & Rooftop is a unique, multi-level restaurant with two separate outdoor areas... a lower level patio and a rooftop deck. The second establishment of the Lewellen brothers, (Lew's Grill & Bar is just down the street) it is easy to tell that a lot of thought went into making it a place that truly offers something for everyone. The slightly upscale feel combined with the casual atmosphere of a neighborhood bar draws a mixed crowd of all ages, from families and singles to business people and locals. Comfortable and friendly, The Well is a great place for all types of gatherings.

One of the brightest stars in a city filled with culinary treasures, Christopher Elbow has been handcrafting masterpieces in chocolate for more than ten years. In that time the reputation of his artistic delicacies has spread around the globe. Elbow’s sweets are distinguished by their use of unusual and sometimes surprising flavors and ingredients; in that adventurous spirit Boulevard Brewing Company and Christopher Elbow joined forces to bring you a very special Chocolate Ale. Try it at both The Well and Lew's...we expect the first delivery to arrive on January 30!

Our 6-station buffet includes Pastries & Breads, Traditional Hot Breakfast, Savory Lunch, Belgian Waffles and Omelets made-to-order, Fresh Fruit & Salad and a selection of seasonal, house-made desserts. Our "build your own" Bloody Mary Bar features KC's largest selection of bloody mary mixes, hot sauces and condiments.

Reserve one of our private dining rooms, patio and rooftop areas for your celebration or event. We can accommodate groups of up to 80 for sit-down and 130 for cocktail reception.

CATERING

From a casual birthday bash to a formal celebration — breakfast, lunch, dinner or hors d'oeuvres, we can cater your every need. Plan your order for pick up, or allow us to deliver, set up and serve it to you. The Well is a preferred caterer of the Kansas City Zoo and Boulevard Brewing Company.
